Besides working as a strength and conditioning coach to elite level athletes Kenneth currently also does research at the University of Copenhagen and the Danish National Institute for Working Health (NFA).Kenneth is the author of the first-ever conducted University experiment on kettlebell training in relation to Cardiorespiratory physiology done in the western world. The experiment founded the basis for his first book "Viking Warrior Conditioning", which was published by DragonDoor Publications in 2009. The conditioning regime developed by Kenneth has gotten much attention since his first public presentation of this innovative cardiovascular conditioning strategy at the 2007 RKC II certification as well as in his first DVD called "Advanced Strength Strategies". Kenneth also co-stars in Pavel Tsatsouline's outstanding sequel to "Enter the Kettlebell" called "Return of the Kettlebell" DVD as well as modeled the pictures for the book of the same title. Both are available from DragonDoor.com. Kenneth has also co-authored the book "Age related Training Concepts" dealing with the physical development of children in relation to their sport. The book is available in Danish from www.svoem.dk.

He runs his own company called InfinitusFortis spreading the good word of HardStyle training, Z-Health performance enhancement and healthy living to anyone who chooses to be extraordinary.

In 2009 Kenneth introduced the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to the Scandinavian people by hosting the first ever certification in Denmark and he aspires to continue his calling to improve the quality of performance enhancement training everywhere by hosting and giving workshops, and seminars as well as writing official educational material on performance training.
Kenneth has conducted over 100 workshops and seminars on wide range of strength and conditioning issues for various institutions and clubs including: The Danish Swimming federation, The Danish Army, the Danish Special Forces (JGK), The Danish Police Academy and several Weightlifting-, martial arts- and fitness clubs. The human mind has always fascinated Kenneth and when he is not studying physical performance Kenneth submerges into the world of applied Positive Psychology and the quest for authentic happiness and unlimited power.
In his leisure time Kenneth likes to play with his son, write books on strength and conditioning, study the function of the human body and mind as well as working on his Martial Arts skills.
