I have had the benefit, honor and pleasure of learning from Kenneth Jay for many years. My first exposure to Mr. Jay was in 2006 at the April RKC certification were he was assisting my team. From then to the most recent opportunity at the Atlanta workshop hosted by Condition Gym (2009) he has never failed to impress. He has a knack for taking complicated subjects and giving a simple-to-understand answer. His vast knowledge is coupled with a sense of purpose and the desire to give the best to his student/clients.
